Wyndham should remove its name from La Quinta. This property is horrendous. It either needs to be refurbished or as I said, Wyndham needs to take its name off of this because it’s ruined the brand for me.

Signed up for a no smoking room and when we got there it smelled of weed and cigarettes and we couldn’t stand to be in room. We left because of this and the fact that my daughter has asthma and would have had an attack if we stayed. Requested a refund and two weeks later we still have not gotten it. Hotel said they refunded it to booking. Com and booking.com said it couldn’t resolved with hotel

i did not stay there with my family cause it was so nasty and it had a bad smell i went to check the room first and then i told i would not have my family stay there period and i told him to cancel my reservation period

Nothing. The room was filthy and there was dead bugs all over the carpet. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the next day in the daylight we pulled back the sheets and the mattress was saturated with blood.
